So painful ...
It feels like a thousand needles
Dug into my flesh all at once
This is the reality
Not seen in books, movies or magazines
This is what the recovered won't tell you
More or less it is hidden within their smile
This . is . the . reality .
Pain so deep I can hear them weep
Like a thousand needles dug in
all .. at .. once
